Melanie Rudomin became a Realtor in February 2016 after running a successful retail business for twenty one years. As a native Texan, she grew up in Fort Worth and attended the University of North Texas. She started her own retail business from the ground up that grew into a total of three brick and mortar stores as well as an online store. Raising two children who are now in college, she decided to pursue a real estate career. A long time passion of her’s after buying and remodeling multiple homes of her own.
Providing exceptional customer service in her retail business naturally transferred to helping clients in the real estate world. Each day she eagerly looks forward to matching clients with their housing needs and establishing a lasting relationship.
Melanie currently resides in Oak Lawn. Excited to continue to grow and learn in this exploding Dallas market with an emphasis on residential homes.

What is there not to say about how exceptional Melanie was a my agent. Melanie is super friendly and can be considered a friend throughout and after and truly cares and shows that she loves what she does. I felt that I was very difficult at times during our process and never once did she complain and with me doing a VA loan, that had to take that more patience to deal with me. Melanie was referred to me by another co-worker which is also a friend and was the preferred method than just looking on a website for someone random without testimonies. Myself and my co-worker are both disabled vets and did the VA loan as mentioned. I've bought and sold many homes in the last few years and she was the best, bar none to any other agent I have ever worked with. My purchase should have been much worse as the other purchases I made were FHA and easier deals to finish, but completely the opposite with Melanie's help and commitment to her clients. More than what I could have ever asked for. I can keep going and going about how excellent her customer service but then you would never finishing reading this.
