49 unit high-rise located just south of Highland Park on the corner of Prescott and Oak Lawn. Developed by Drexel these high-end units feature private direct access elevators to all the residences. This concept became a Trademark for the Drexel product moving forward. BGRE represented the developer in the launching of this high rise and sold many of the residences. Sadly the partners became in-tangled in disagreement and the final developer units were bought by a group of investors who have been selling the remaining units off over an extended period of time.

The Highlander is that rare boutique sized high rise that is almost none existent in Dallas, a city where most high rises projects go big or go home. The primary reason of this is that it takes a large number of units to cover the cost of commercial grade steal framed with undergound parking. The Highlander scales down this concept yet still maintains a host of excellent amenities including a pool, work out room and a small yet tasteful lobby.

The Highlander is a quality project in a great location that will be a great place to live for many years to come.
